Hello! Thank you for being here!
The idea of bringing in home dog care began in 2021 when I began walking my coworker’s dogs in the Morgantown area. One thing led to another and we purchased our 3.5 acre property to provide Morgantown with a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for your dog’s next stay.
We offer overnight sleepovers, structured doggy day care, pack hiking, and training!
Barkbarn began with the commitment that all dogs will be cared for as they are our very own. Our promise to you is to provide your furry friend with a safe and enriching experience during their stay with us!

Hi! I’m Alana and I am originally from sunny San Diego! I began attending West Virginia University in 2018, majoring in Animal and Nutritional Sciences. My love for the state of West Virginia grew over the years and I soon began dreaming about offering the best pet care in this beautiful state I now call my home. You will see me all around working with the dogs, especially with training and my personal favorite, our pack hiking program!

Hello, my name is Brock! I mostly grew up in Martinsburg, WV with a passion for being active and outdoors. I’ve always been an animal lover, so to combine everything I love into one career makes me so grateful and truly enjoy what I do. My favorite part is seeing all the dogs happy to get here in the mornings and tired and fulfilled going home!

Hailiee Baker
DOG MANAGER
Hi, I’m Hailiee, and I grew up in the small town of Rowlesburg, WV, surrounded by farm animals and a love for all things furry. I’ve worked at a pet store where I rescued a sick puppy named Poseidon, and spent almost 4 years working at Petworks learning about animal nutrition, grooming, and outdoor dog gear. I now own 4 huskies (one rescue and one with special needs) and a cat, and I’m passionate about helping animals in every way I can!
